Along with the offline saving feature, YouTube Go offers a detailed view of the content you’re downloading or about to download including the size, memory available in the preferred location (SD Card/Internal) and obviously, the time it will take for completing. Additionally, there’s an intuitive share function through which you can send saved videos to nearby devices over a Bluetooth connection. YouTube Go is built upon the previously launched Smart Offline feature for YouTube but adds better performance and accessibility. The home page of YouTube page will contain two main pages, one for browsing videos and another for watching the videos available offline.
The app will eventually roll out to everyone, however, Indian users can sign up on their website for early access to the launch and upcoming updates. You can provide either your phone number or email address.
